Danielle is an expert with over three decades of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She has competed and won, been a facilitator, and judge at national bodybuilding competitions.

 
For the past 12 years, as a Nervous System Therapist and expert, Danielle has developed a specialized techniques such as the B3 Blueprint, B3 Diagnostic, neuro-muscular release therapy, providing profound relief and healing for thousands of clients.

Her extensive knowledge, combined with her empathy and dedication to serving others, allows her to deliver exceptional care and results for those seeking physical recovery and holistic well-being.

Riley Olsen


Riley Olsen helps high performers optimize gut health, balance hormones, and improve fitness performance through a holistic, results-driven approach. With over 8 years of experience, she has coached executives, athletes, and professionals through personalized and group programs.

She integrates nutrition, training, mindset work, and nervous system regulation to create sustainable strategies that enhance both physical results and mental clarity. Her approach aligns with the B3 philosophy—focusing on balance, function, and long-term performance.

With a background in competitive soccer and alpine ski racing, Riley brings firsthand experience in high performance and is passionate about helping clients lead with clarity, confidence, and lasting energy.

Zak Comstock


Zak Comstock is a fitness and wellness professional with a strong foundation in performance training, nutrition, and endurance athletics. As an aspiring professional triathlete, he brings a high-level understanding of discipline, conditioning, and peak performance.

He integrates training, nutrition, and recovery strategies with a focus on movement efficiency and long-term health. His approach aligns with the B3 philosophy—prioritizing balance, function, and sustainable performance over short-term results.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Zak combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting resilience.

Elijah Brechbill

Elijah Brechbill is a wellness coach, physical therapist, and Dry Needling Level II certified practitioner with a strong foundation in functional movement, rehabilitation, and performance-based care.

He integrates physical therapy with nervous system-focused techniques to address both structural and neurological dysfunction, helping clients improve recovery, performance, and long-term health. His approach aligns with the B3 philosophy—focusing on balance and function rather than symptom management.

As a former collegiate athlete, Elijah brings firsthand experience in performance and recovery, with a passion for helping individuals build strength, resilience, and sustainable health.
